How a movement runs
A petroleum delivery is too exposed to be run as a sequence of surprises. Every Everbridge movement passes through the same five stages, and each one is closed before the next begins.
We capture the product, volumes, route, site access and delivery constraints, and confirm what a successful movement looks like.
The journey plan is built: loading slot, routing, crew assignment, timing and contingency positions.
The tanker arrives at the rack on its slot and loads under documented procedure, with volumes verified before departure.
The movement is tracked against plan. Status is communicated, and any deviation triggers a decision, not a surprise.
Product is discharged to site procedure, documentation is closed out and proof of delivery is confirmed to your team.
