About Everbridge

Built on freight discipline. Applied to petroleum.

Everbridge Logistics is part of Everbridge Group, a global NVOCC and freight forwarder operating in Dubai since 2017. We bring that operating discipline to inland petroleum transport by road tanker.

From global freight to inland petroleum transport.

Everbridge Group has operated from Dubai since 2017 as a global NVOCC and freight forwarder, coordinating cargo across ocean, air and inland legs for customers who measure their suppliers by whether the shipment arrived as promised.

Everbridge Logistics carries that standard into a far less forgiving cargo class. Petroleum movement leaves no room for improvisation: a loading slot missed, a permit unchecked or an untrained crew turns a routine delivery into an incident and a stopped operation.

So we run it differently. One team owns the movement end to end, equipment is maintained to a fixed discipline, and the plan is made before the vehicle leaves rather than reconstructed afterwards.

Group backing

We operate inside an established freight group, with the systems, governance and commercial depth that come from years of moving cargo across international trade lanes.

Single cargo focus

Petroleum is not one line in a mixed portfolio. Equipment, crews, procedures and training are built for one class of product and its risks.

Controlled execution

Loading slots, permits, crews and delivery windows are coordinated by one accountable operations team from booking to proof of delivery.

Regional reach

Movements are planned across terminals, depots, industrial sites and remote project locations throughout the United Arab Emirates.

From Dubai forwarding floor to the fuel terminal gate.

2017

Everbridge Group established in Dubai

The group begins trading as a freight forwarder and NVOCC, building carrier relationships and documentation discipline across international trade lanes.

Growth

From sea freight to end to end movement

Customers ask for more than port to port service. The group extends into project cargo, inland movement and coordinated door delivery.

Today

Everbridge Logistics

The inland petroleum transport arm of the group, built for road tanker operations where safety, compliance and continuity of supply cannot be negotiated.

Six points where a petroleum movement is won or lost.

Each of these sits with a named owner inside our operation. Nothing is left to the assumption that the next party in the chain will catch it.

01

Terminal coordination

Loading appointments, gate documentation and product custody are handled so tankers move through the terminal without avoidable delay.

02

Journey planning

Routes are assessed for access, restrictions, timing and risk before a vehicle is dispatched, not after a problem appears.

03

Driver competence

Crews are selected, trained and assessed specifically for hazardous product handling, defensive driving and site discipline.

04

Equipment integrity

Tankers, couplings and safety equipment follow a fixed inspection and maintenance regime, with defects removing a unit from service.

05

Delivery assurance

Discharge is supervised, quantities are confirmed and documentation is returned so your records close cleanly.

06

Escalation and support

One point of contact remains reachable through the movement, with contingency crews and standby capacity behind it.

Three principles that hold when the schedule tightens.

Safety is the operating condition

Not a value statement on a wall. A journey that cannot be run safely is not run.

Say what will happen, then do it

Commitments on timing and capacity are given only where they can be met.

Own the whole movement

No handoffs into silence. Accountability stays with us until the product is delivered.
